As the principal operator of Trusted Inventory, Cynthia Breazeale brings a personal passion and wealth of experience to her services assisting families and businesses understand and preserve the value of their personal property.
Cynthia initially learned the necessity and techniques for capturing property information in her early career as a Claims Adjuster for Geico. She then applied this aptitude for precision to her systems development and management work in various industries including education, healthcare, and not-for-profit. In one of the highlights of her professional career, she led an international program for a high-tech corporation in documenting, consolidating, and leveraging value from its ‘hidden’ assets. For the past 10 years, Cynthia owned and managed a successful fitness industry business which she grew to include multiple locations and over 30 employees. She attributes her life-long accomplishments to an intrinsic attention to detail.
But it is in her personal life that Cynthia came to fully appreciate the many important uses of a personal property inventory. “As Executor of my parent’s estate, while they were still living, I remember the deep comfort that both my folks felt as we documented the possessions that defined their lives. While they shared long-forgotten stories attached to the items, they found further joy in identifying who would inherit the belongings and the legacies.” On the flip side, Cynthia has supported friends who never thought to have a personal possession inventory and then suffered devastating losses due to fire, theft, or accident. “The emotional toll resulting from tragic events eclipses the ability for a person to recall the sum total of the contents of their home/vehicle/storage facility/rv/business. As a result, the insurance settlement process is slowed significantly and often falls far short of replacing hard-earned possessions.” These experiences led Cynthia to launch Trusted Inventory as a means to help individuals and businesses safeguard their possessions.
